Thailand Strikes Cambodia in Escalating Border War

Tensions between Thailand and Cambodia have dramatically escalated after the Royal Thai Air Force carried out targeted airstrikes on Cambodian military positions near the Phu Makuea–Prasat Ta Muean Thom region. According to reports from Thai media outlet Khaosod, F-16s and JAS 39 Gripen fighter jets were deployed to neutralize ballistic missile threats allegedly coming from Cambodian territory.
